Coaching: A magic through conversations

Let's start with what coaching is NOT: It's not one person who knows it all lecturing another about how to do it right!

Coaching, above all, is about conversations. This means you and a coach engaging in a meaningful verbal interaction.

So how is this conversation any different from the kind you have with friends, family, or colleagues? The answer is that in regular conversations, the topics and dynamics would not take place within your usual life. It would instead be about visions, goals, wants, and desires.

You want and like being coached because you want to thrive and develop something in yourself. Too often doubts, fears, and inertia get in the way of taking this approach. A coaching conversation can help you focus on what you want and increase your awareness, choice, and trust in your ability to achieve your goals.
